Arrogant Liability Consultant_Third Party Claim

<p>I was involved in an icident with one of the Santam client.</p> <p>I have submited all documentation they have requested. It is now two months and they playing games with me.</p> <p>I have requested a telephone conversation between myself and Julia Mogase. Where you advised that you are unable to get the accident report and it will take six months to obtain one. And this request was taken a month to be addressed and only last week Mr Minolen Nair advised me that the calls were not recorded.</p> <p>Julia Mogase is so arrogant hence i needed the telephone conversations to take this matter legal.</p> <p>I need to know when will my callim be settled.</p> <p>Or is it how Santam operates by not paying out claims. I am a third party or do i have to go back to your client to pay for the damages.</p> <p>This has been going on for long now and i would like this issue to be settled.</p> <p>My claim number ********** 02.</p>
