Arrogant & ***********

We lodged a claim with Santam for items MISPLACED AND LOST.

We dealt with the rude and abrupt Almine Bowers from Santam refused the claim based on A POLICE REPORT REQUIRED, which as previously confirmed was not required.

We do not understand how the two is linked as nothing was ******, as we misplaced the items and she is simply just spiteful, rude and unprofessional.

We have been with this entity for many years and NEVER ever dealt with someone as arrogant and abrupt.

We will be getting quotes to move over to another professional entity as this is unacceptable.
