Approved Claim still unresolved 3 months later

Approved Claim still unresolved 3 months later!

I submitted my claim in March- it was quickly approved. But since then Santam has not ensure that the repairs are completed

I am still speaking to service providers myself with no resolution because all the claims agents do absolutely nothing despite sharing my frustration about my bathroom still being in disrepair for months Every time I speak to the contractors, they are not aligned with Santam and the repairs that are supposed to be done

Santam please take accountability- it is not my job to manage service providers. Today they say they are approved to repair, the next day then tell me Santam did not approve repairs

I need to speak to a manger to sort this out once and for all.

The worst part is getting a survey from Santam to rate the settlement if the claim yet nothing is fixed!
