Approved claim after 3 weeks

<p>My car was involved in an accident on the 01 July 2017 and i lodged a claim with Santam and on the same day and i was also provided with a courtesy. My claim was only approved on the 24 July 2017,which is 3 weeks after the claim. The courtesy car was for only 30 Days and was only extended until the 08 August 2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>My car is still with the panelbeater and they say i might get it by the end of next or so and now i have to be without a car for a period of two weeks or more. I now have to suffer emotionally because Santam delayed to speed up my claim. I really believed that Santam had my back when they extended the courtesy car but now i am left stranded for whoever knows forhow long.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm very dissapointed.</p>
