Appalling service

Juts had such a poor experience from a client advisor now. I called in to query on my policy and was put on hold for 5min even though my policy schedule was sent.

Upon his return, there was no sincere apology and was told to rate his service but he cut the call and no option was given.

This is not the caliber of Santam staff and should be dealt with.
