Appalling service by Santam Insurance

Appalling service by Santam Insurance, our security gate was hit by lightning and subsequently caught fire and damaged the security gate, appliances including the wall. It has been a back and forth with them for weeks because the quotes are out of their mandate. So was our gate getting struck by lightning, was out of nature’s mandate. Hence insurance against natural disasters!!! I hate how Investec has forced us to insure our house with them.
