Appalling service
Had my car damaged during a community protest on monday, initially it seemed like they would speedily solve my claim. However they have now folded their arms and handed the claim over to sasria, there has been no feedback besides an SMS of unknown origin stating that my car has been assessed not authorized. Can't even get a courtesy car that I pay for every month. I guess I should go get my car and demand a refund on all premiums and fix my car my damn self.

I am glad to hear that. As advised previously, SASRIA manages these kind of claims themselves and the process differs from the normal claims process within Santam.
