Appalling client experience
The level of service and professionalism is appalling. Their reports are inconsistent and they go to great lengths to find a reason to reject your claim. Even after initially approving it. I have had no joy speaking to Unbin Rungan and Wayne Mienie. They are arrogant and my client service experience was unpleasant. This led me to cancel my insurance policy with Santam.

We have checked our records and find that you also approached the office of the Ombudsman for Short Term Insurance in February 2019 and lodged an official complaint with their office.
Their reference number S95/19 refers.
Unfortunately we cannot assist you on this platform as the matter is already with the Ombudsman, the highest authority in respect of complaints management.
Any concerns you might have you will have to address directly with the Ombudsman.
