APPALLING CLAIMS PROCESS!!!
APPALLING CLAIMS PROCESS!!! 7 YEARS OLD CLIENT!!!
APPALLING CLAIMS PROCESS and SERVICE received - 3 MONTHS and STILL ONGOING and STILL PAYING FOR INSURANCE for a vehicle not being used by myself !!!
1) EVERY FOLLOW UP - INITIATED BY MYSELF since the beginning of my claim. NO VERBAL COMMUNICATION BY ANY DEPARTMENT of the progress of my claim UNTIL I CALLED EACH TIME and even with this, LACK OF URGENCY shown and NON-EXISTANT SERVICE DELIVERY.
2) REPEATEDLY ASKED FOR THE SAME DOCUMENTATION by 5 different people all working on the same claim and for Santam. Scary to think of the LACK OF INTERNAL COMMUNICATION.
3) NO SENSE OF URGENCY or PROMISE TO STAY TRUE TO COMMITMENT TO FOLLOW UP.
DISSAPOINTED that such a "brand" can be so disconnected from their client.
