Appalling and pathetic service.

SANTAM service is absolutely appalling and pathetic. Communication is a problem. I must call them but they don’t call me to provide details. 48 hrs later my geyser has not been replaced and the contractor has not been on site. Call centre agents are useless. You cannot escalate your claim to higher authorities, you are stuck with a dumbo who cannot even speak English correctly. I am done. I am cancelling my contract. Finish and klaar. Three years no claim and when you need them they cannot help. That’s broad ****************, every month money is deducted from my account. This is a reflection on the state of our country. Regression in every industry.
