Anything NOT to pay

I have been trying on an off for 3 years to claim for an accident as a third party. It is almost impossible to get through to the right people and they never return calls or emails. I get passed from one person to the next and they have tried every excuse why they will not pay. All of which are invalid. I will NEVER use Santam as my insurance.
