Another Santam Masterclass in Customer Service

Imran Sayed offered me stellar service. I had a matter that needed clarity and sound advice. He took the time to understand my situation and asked the right questions. He then advised me that he will call me back with the best way forward. During this engagement I was asking a lot of questions and was a bit uncertain at times, he remained patient and at no point sounded rushed or disengaged. Santam is really restoring my hope in Customer service that is effective and not focused on fluffing up the client but rather solution-focused. Keep it up.
