Angry citizen

In March 2020 I bought a car & was advised I need insurance, I took insurance with Santam but within that week I cancelled the insurance as it was expensive and I got a cheaper one. Month-end of March before my pay date Santam attempted to debit my account and it bounced due to insufficient funds I called them & asked why they wanted to debit as I do not have any insurance with them the consultant sais it was pro rata I asked her prorata for less than 5 days she then said if they debit again I will get a refund and they never debited. A few days ago I checked my credit profile and saw Santam listed me that I owe them their prorata money R1286 which is wrong I will never pay santam anything I do not owe them a cent when you send emails you get auto responses but no one calls back now my credit score is affected because they reflect as if I owe them they have messed up my credit score. this company is ******** people honestly I will never pay them and I will report to the ombudsman if they do not remove this on my profile I regret ever taking insurance with them if I knew I was going to take it with my current insurer. I demand this company to remove themselves off my credit profile this is unfair it is companies like these that need to be exposed for their ********* practices and unprofessionalism. this is so unfair I hate this company now honestly I really regret ever calling them.
