Andisiwe Mangele- Brilliant service

I was so impressed with Andisiwe Malangeni's service- she handled my query with calmness and efficiency that I have not experienced by any other consultant as yet from Santam. I have been trying to resolve this issue for the past 3 weeks and no luck. I spoke to Andisiwe this morning and she said she would call me back with a solution within the hour- she called me back within 30min- had resolved the issue AND sent me all I requested - documented and emailed. A very very well done Andisiwe Mangele!!!- I know if I ever need assistance again in future I will be asking for this lady by name
