An Excellent experience with a client service agent

My interaction with Tim Zibi today was life saving. His patients and his calmness allowed us to go through a very difficult process together. The company needs to hire more people like Tim and should allow Tim to share his charisma with other so that they can learn how to interact positively with customers.
