An absolute joke

I was recently involved in a motorcycle accident where the driver of a truck (Santams insured) made an ******* u-turn, on a busy main road, and swung his truck directly in front of my motorcycle. causing an accident. I filed a third party claim through Santam, the truck owners insurance company. They are refusing to pay the claim. Their reason is that i should have stopped and avoided the truck, despite the fact that it was directly on top of me and there was no i could have avoided it, despite trying. They have chosen to ignore the fact that the truck (their client) made an ******* u-turn on a busy main road, obstructed traffic and crossed a solid white line and painted island in order to make his u-turn. Clearly this company will do everything to not pay their claims.
