Amendments of Policy

Unbelievable I've been trying to update my banking details since the 5th of January with no luck requested a call back on line only to be told they'll respond online and I should provide them with details I'd like to update after 9 days of struggling with this issues Tasneem sents an emailing informing me that my policy will be cancelled called in spoke to Daniels who promises to called me on the 1st of Feb to re-instate cover please explain to me why can't the debit for Jan be raised from the ne account how can it be late already? Is the 13th century you debit my account on the 27th that's 14days away from my next debit date please call m to sort thi mess out
