Amazing!

As an insurance loss adjuster of nearly 30 years, I’m astounded at the top-class service that I received from Ms Maria Nyawuza, Desktop Assessor Non-Motor Front Office, of Hill on Empire, Parktown Johannesburg.

I’m pretty much used to claims clerks, on personal claims, forcing me to chase my tail and insisting on irrelevant actions / information that will have no bearing on the outcome of a claim.

However, Ms Maria Nyawuza listened, understood, and made her own enquiries to validate the claim. She obviously has common-claim-sense, which some assessors / claims clerks lack.

Ms Maria Nyawuza, I thank you for this top-class service, not because my claim was paid, but because of how you handled the entire process. I do hope that your manager also congratulates you!
