Always quick and fair in handling of claims

On 1 July 2021 I drove into storm water by accident and soon thereafter my car wouldn't start.

I phoned my broker and told them what happened. Santam picked up my car, send it to the auto electrician and within a short period of time the assessor phoned me and informed me that Santam is going to write off my car.

They offered me a fair retail value and paid within a few days. I am very pleased and will recommend Santam to everyone. They also helped me a great deal in the past when we had a burglary.
