all risk claim

I put in a claim for a watch which had been damaged by a leaking battery. The item fell under the 'all risks' section. The claim was dealt with very quickly by Rieka van Rooyen and her staff at the PSG branch in Villiersdorp. Within days Santam had dealt with the matter and had paid out the value of the watch as per the insurance policy. Full marks to all involved. So nice to deal with companies that are competent.
