12 Oct 2023, 14:02Outcome is they assigned to a case officer whose reply was basically 'report us to the Ombudsman'. He didn't even take the time or effort to understand the matter. He never even knew which claim was mine from the policy. Imcompetance, lazyiness or pure ***** from the company itself. Hard to know which one.
