ALL CLAIMS GET DENIED - USELESS SERVICE TOO

I am disappointed with this service from SANTAM & ONE CALL SA so once again a claim is declined, do you people ever payout on any claims, we pay you R20 000 every month and whenever we put a claim in it gets declined. I am actually tired of this insurance and will be looking into getting another insurance because you are not of any help to us as a school. You waste our time and money! Des & Roelien, Thank you for what you have tried in submitting our claims but I am very sorry this service sucks and is not working for us as a school. Santam could not assist in the claim for the roof and now for the pool its the same thing.
