After receiving a new monthly payment I callled Santam to make them aware that I won’t be able to afford such premium and spoke the lady by the name of Yongama Rayi I explained to her that even the current premium I’m struggling to pay and she the negotiated on my behalf and speak to her manager to reduce my premium and I’m happy with the new monthly premium effective on the 1st of September 2024
