AFTER MARKET PARTS

One of our vehicles was in an accident on the 20th of November 2015. It was towed to the Santam Yard in Silverton the same day and according to the person at the call centre an assessor would be appointed immediately<br> After numerous phone calls and e-mails this week an assessor only went to inspect the vehicle on the 26th of November. after which it was taken to Saturn Auto in order for repairs to be done. <br> I received a phone call from Pieter at Saturn Auto on the 27th of November stating that they could not commence with repairs as they are still awaiting authorisation fro Santam. <br> I phoned the assessor and asked him why authorisation has not been given. I was very surprised when he told me that it was in the hands of their \PARTS SOURCING DEPARTMENT"who will now source certified after market parts i.e \""PIRATE PARTS\"""
