After a terrible experience with santam advisers on the phone and having to resort to an online complaint, without going into detail Ebrahim Jamodien was a assigned to assist me. Which he did in a very professional manner. I would rate him a 10. This has given me the confidence to stay as a customer with santam as I have been for the last 45 years.
