After a rather frustrating morning trying to complete a call with an agent, as the line kept being dropped. THEN, I had the good fortune to have Kim Velem pick up. Kim kept her promise to call if the call got dropped again, which none of the other agents suggested. Kim kindly assisted me with my queries, amended my policy, and had to call twice more to finally complete the transaction.
