After 7 emails, explaining I cannot afford a higher premium and I'd like to keep the premium the same, the consultants replying just kept increasing the premium and I gave up. Vuyiswa Cele from the Retentions Department called and sorted me out. Not only is my premium lower the cover is adequate.
