After 30 years of a happy paying client, after 30 years of receiving my mother's money, Santam just ended their policy with my mother.

My mother ( 78 years of age) was a Santam client for probably more than 30 years. Every month the premium was paid as requested. We claimed minimal from them, but unfortunately last year, with all the loadshedding, we had a couple of claims. I received an email now stating that Santam is cancelling my mother's insurance contract after so many years of being a happy, paying client. I was shocked out of my mind when I saw the email. All these years they were happy to receive her money. Now, for one year she had some claims, they just ended her contract. What type of business is this? Chasing away your paying clients just because she used what she was paying for the last 30 years. I think it is disgusting and I am most definitely taking this further.
