Advocating irresponsible driving

So my dad was recently involved in an accident caused by an employee of Terry's maintenance, kraaifontein. The person in question (Lorenzo) claims to have been under attack by an unknown person ,which ACCORDING TO SANTAM, gives him the right to run a red robot smashing into my father and endangering people's lives. Santam who advertises 3rd party insurance refuses to pay for the damages caused by Lorenzo due to the fact that " his life was in danger".
