Shout out to Tasneem. I got a counter quote from another company and she helped me understand how the process works because i thought i had been committed to the other quote and there was nothing i could but cancel by Santam quote as my bank account details had been given to this company; i was actually feeling quite pressurized by this rival company and learned such a lot from her advice; she also gave me an excellent counter offer; i am a happy customer!
