i did a credit report check today and you show up on my profile as a outstanding amount since 2017/11/25. Can this please be removed from my profile ASAP as i do not have any outstanding amount.

We thank you for your post above. We note the policy you had with Santam incepted 25/11/2017. The first premium which would have been collected on 26/11/2017 didn't go through --- please find notification below sent:
Dear client. Your policy *** was unpaid on 29/11/2017. Please provide for a double deduction by next premium collection.
The policy was then cancelled on 27/11/2017.......we didn't receive any premium.
Kindly advise if you cancelled the policy with Santam?
Please forward ITC report to *** and include policy number *** so that they can take this up with the credit bureaus to have your profile corrected?
