Accolades to people who understand your needs

Well done to the lady who managed to correct the inability of one of her colleagues. I changed insurance details and needed a confirmation letter. An e-mail arrived to let me know that I hadn't added my claim number - preposterous! When I called, this lady was very helpful and managed to set the record straight, even sending e-mail to the previous insurer. Unfortunately I didn't ask het name, but I hope she runs for president. She'll do a wonderful job!
