accident damages

good day, I had a very bad experience with this insurance company. i never claimed for anything however, on the 31 March 2023 someone drove into the back of my vehicle when a protest was taking place while i was waiting for the robot to turn green. we got the AR report and Luckly the traffic and police were already on the scene. the third party insurance contact me and request certain information on which i did submit. i also informed my insurance which is santam regarding the accident and that the third party insurance will repair the damage. after almost 3 months nothing was heard from the third party insurance and i contacted them. they informed my insurance a letter of demand staying that they client informed them i come from a parking thats why he drove into my vehicle. i sended the AR report and the traffic and witnesses affidavits which clearly stated that the parking were close and no vehicles were park there. my insurance Santam legal department wanted me to pay the access and do the claim out of my insurance which i said no because I'm not liable for the damages. santam did not assist me in this matter or even communicate with the third party and now refuse my insurance until i fix my own damages then they can activate my policy again.

the worst insurance ever!!!!!!
