Accident claim from santam

I was involved in an accident on the 13th of November. One of the truck from Royal Mzansti Freight bumped me while my car was stationary. From that day l have been trying to claim from the third party because their driver was wrong, and he admitted to that. People from Royal Mzansti Freight and their insurance have been giving me the run arounds. So far l have forwarded my documents to more than 5 people. Each time l send my documents that person will end up telling me that " sorry l don't deal with insurance please email *this person *". When I email that person He/she ask for my documents and pictures of the accident when I do, am told again " sorry I don't deal with insurance email this person " l don't understand why they can't give me the details of the person who has to deal with my claim. At this point am dealing with a lady called Levina. I sent her my documents from that day l havnt heard anything from her. I call everyday and am told she's in the meeting, she went to the ladies, she went to see a client, shz on lunch. Mind you, l leave messages and my number for her to call me back but she never do. Am now tired of these run arounds. its been a month and nothing has happened. People are now closing for December holidays and my issue is not resolved yet.
