I am not currently a Santam client and have not app**** to Santam for cover. Yet I note that Santam did a credit enquiery on my credit record in July. This is a concern as it could point to identity theft I would therefore like to understand why Santam performed the enquiery. I called your call center at the number provided on the record but after speaking to four different people nobody was able to assist and I was promptly cut off. Please assist.
