Absolutely ********** service!!!!!

I will never ever join Santam nor recommend family or friends to join a company that has lazy an *********** staff. Their service is absolutely poor an they have the intention of not putting through claims. The details of a claim are so obvious yet they overlook it with the intention of not paying out. They give you these stupid turnaround times without any proper investigations.
