Absolutely appalling service

🚨 Super disappointed with Santam Insurers! 😡 Insured my laptop for 20 years for R20,000 and now they're shortchanging me. Claiming for a problem and they offer R12,999 for a laptop that's end-of-life! 😤 Checked with iStore, no stock available anyway. Feels like they're just playing games. Investing in insurance with them was a total waste. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. 👎They ***** your money
