Absolutely appalling service

A client of Santum doesn't bother stopping in traffic and smashes into 2 cars, mine is one of them, causing serious damage.I lodge a claim through Santum and long story short, 2.5 MONTHS later, I'm still trying to get it sorted. Excuses, excuses, dodging questions, making promises blah blah. Here, try calling this number, no answer, I promise I'll email u or call u back, nothing, not it will take 10 days, 12 days later I'm still calling and trying to get answers. My car is rusting thanks to the damage, and they putting me on hold. This company should be barred from SA insurance.
