Absolute Joke

I would get a brick to understand the situation better than I can get anyone at Santam too, my father in law passed away in December, the executors where supposed to take over the payment of his short term insurance on his vehicle however the funds from his bank accounts have not been transferred to them yet so they are unable to, all I am trying to do is pay the last two premiums that were rejected by his bank account being closed to make sure the policy does not lapse but this seems to be an impposible mission for Santam to understand.
