A total waste of time company

Santam had sent a mail saying the payment was done to a burst geyser and wall repair almost a month ago but there is no payment. The broker told me it's probably because there were payments overdue and which is now up to date and still no payment. Now I have contractor coming out to remove work done. Called santam more than a 100 times and no 1 can assist. They all say only 1 person can assist but they never in the office and never return calls even mails its like you sending mails to a **** mail address the person never responds. Santam needs to be exposed for the pathetic customer service.
