A shinning star Itumeleng Lefakane

Good day I would like to compliment Itumeleng Lefakane in the Liability department of Santam. She is extremely friendly and competent. I needed her assistance on a matter and she (without bargaining) assisted and attended to my query. The matter was allocated to her and within the week the matter was finalized and settled. It was a pleasure to work with her and I can only wish that there were more of her in the industry. Shy is a shinning star in a sometimes very difficult industry. Thanks Itumeleng.
