A long but rewarding process

I, as the 3rd party who was involved in an accident and had to claim from a Santam insured person all worked out. The responses were precise and clear however as someone with no insurance you would need to be patient as it has been a long process (I would recommend constant open conversations as to the time frame when things will or need to be done from Santam side). It gives purpose that you aren't lingering for no feedback, however as promised and as many people would say Santam is good and true to their word, thanks to Maurisha Pikaan (Santam) for all the help.
