A horrible joke

I am busy dealing with a third party claim through Santam and they are an absolute joke. Their insured caused an accident by making an ******* uturn and hitting me off my motorcycle. The driver of this truck claims to have not seen me, and eye witnesses all validate what happened according to my account. In their last ditch effort to not pay a third party claim, they state, and I quote "no driver has 100% right of way on the roads". Despite the fact that their client broke the law, crossed a solid white line as well as a painted island, on a busy main road in order to make his ******* u-turn. I have stated categorically that I swerved to avoid the collision, yet the truck driver continued with his ******* manoeuvre until we collided. They go on to say, with no evidence, that I did not try to avoid impact. Which i did. Eye witnesses state the truck was meters from me when the driver swung his vehicle across a busy main road and directly infront of me. The absolute worst insurance company, full of fables to try and avoid payment of claims. Now over and above the trauma of the accident, the emotional trauma suffered from narrowly escaping death, the pain and discomfort, still, two months after the accident and change of lifestyle as my leg struggles to perform as it did, i have to deal with the imbeciles at Santam, when i just want this to end so i can get on with my life.
