A heat pump is not a Geyser!!!!!!!

Ok this is an all time Classic. In a world where everyone is trying to act responsibly and improve electricity consumption we try to reduce our carbon footprint and improve our usage of electricity. Here the great umbrella that supposedly helps out when things go wrong has decided to repudiate a claim because a heat pump is not a Geyser! I have never dealt with such garbage in all my life, worst insurance company on the planet. I think the great umbrella needs to realize that real insurance companies honour their commitment and don’t find reasons to wriggle out of them. Fortunately for all of us there are a whole new variety of insurance companies that offer Fintech solutions that will put this diansour where it belongs in the extinction yard.....What a Joke
