A great experience - Service Excellence

<p>I was just on a call with Santam – logging a claim and I must admit that was one great call centre experience.</p> <p> </p> <p>The operators (Lerato and Shaun i think im not 100% sure please check the calls and pass on the compliment) that helped me were:</p> <p>1. quick</p> <p>2. competent</p> <p>3. didn't keep me on the line for long</p> <p>4. knew exactly what to do</p> <p>5. had sense of urgency</p> <p>6. asked relevant probing questions</p> <p>7. were polite and professional</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
