A fail on quality standards for Santam

Dear Santam,

It’s unfortunate that your panel of service providers has contributed to a negative claims experience for an insurer as reputable as Santam. The poor service and consistently subpar workmanship by Farber Coachworks, Tokai, are simply unacceptable.

I am now considering changing my insurer, as Santam, despite its stature as a leading institution in the short-term insurance industry, has regrettably aligned itself with service providers that fail to meet the expected quality standards.
