This account is reflecting on my Credit score as a negative notification and has inconvenienced me drastically by showing that I am in areas of R65. I have requested for this account to be updated and fixed, however nothing has been done ( please to the below screen shot )

I have spoken to your employees regarding this and they promised to fix it and to date nothing has been done.
