5 Star Service received from Santam Client Service Consultant.

I phoned Santam on 2023-02-17 at about 10:15. I wanted to remove one vehicle and add another vehicle to my existing policy with Santam. A very polite consultant with the name Mariam Petersen answered the phone. She assisted me promptly and knew exactly what I needed. She even noticed that my address was not 100% correct on the system and rectified it promptly. Within minutes the old vehicle was removed and the new vehicle was added. That is what I call proffesional service. That is the reason why I am insured with Santam because of people like Mariam Petersen. Thank you for your excellent 5 star service. It is highly appreciated.
