5 star service from SANTAM

Over the last month, I have had 2 household events requiring replacement of essential household items. Firstly, gale force winds early one Sunday morning, blew the automatic swing gate arm and motor off the gate and wall. Destroyed beyond use. Authorised by Santam within 3 days and replaced before the week was out. The following week the geyser ruptured. Still under warranty ( Duratherm = hopeless), but not honoured by the manufacturer. Replaced within a few days with a different geyser. All working fine. Excess NIL. Well done Santam !!
