5 months to complete a claim?
How can a claim take up to 5 months to come to completion. My insurance was great to assist in helping me get my car sorted, because the 3rd party was useless. But now the department trying to complete the claim is taking forever. Incident happened in May - It's almost October.... and no money compensated for excess. Frustrating client here.
